How Seller Protection takes care of your business.
If a customer lodges a dispute, we’ll usually place the funds on hold.
We’ll ask you to provide proof of shipment or fulfilment.
Once we’ve confirmed you and the transaction are eligible, we’ll release the funds to you.
Seller Protection applies to your eligible sales worldwide.
If you are sent an unauthorised payment (for example, from a hacked account), or there is an “Item Not Received” claim raised directly through PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program, our Seller Protection Program can help you keep the full amount of the payment on eligible sales.
