To enable Ukrainian customers can send and receive critical funds quickly, we’re temporarily waiving our fees.2 Ukrainian and international customers can send funds to Ukrainian PayPal accounts or receive funds in Ukrainian PayPal accounts. Exchange rates and fees charged by a customer’s card issuer and bank may still apply.
Fees will be waived until December 31, 2024.

To sign up for an account, please follow these steps:
Go to PayPal.com/ua/home from a mobile web browser or on desktop.
Click ‘Sign Up’ in the top right-hand corner.
Add mobile number and verify the number.
Select “Ukraine” when asked the question “Where do you live?”
Next, enter information including name, email, address, date of birth, and nationality, and provide an ID number and type (passport or national ID).
