How do I report a billing issue?

If you identify a billing issue with a transaction on your account, we encourage you to report it in our Resolution Centre as soon as possible. By opening a dispute, you're notifying the seller that you're not satisfied with the purchase and want to resolve the issue.

When there are multiple charges for the same transaction on your credit or debit card, it may be because you inadvertently clicked Send Payment more than once. To get your money back, you’ll need to contact the recipient and request a refund.

To see the seller’s contact details:

  1. Go to Activity.
  2. Select the payment.
  3. Use the contact information on this page to contact the seller.
