How do I withdraw funds from my PayPal account?

To withdraw money from your PayPal account:

  1. Click Transfer Money below your PayPal balance.
  2. Follow the instructions.

To withdraw money in the app:

  1. Tap your PayPal balance.
  2. Tap Transfer Money.
  3. Follow the instructions.

The withdrawal of funds to your bank account typically completes within 7 working days.

Automatic transfers enable you to schedule the withdrawal of your PayPal balance to your bank account at a desired frequency and amount.

To set up Automatic transfers:

  1. Go to your Money page.
  2. Click More Actions.
  3. Select Set up Auto Transfers.
  4. Select which bank account, the frequency, and the amount, and follow the instructions.

You can set a minimum balance to ensure that there’s sufficient money in your account for refunds, purchases, etc.

Here are a few tips regarding withdrawing funds from your PayPal account:

  • The minimum amount you can withdraw is 360 Baht. There’s a  fee  if you withdraw less than 5,000 THB, however, no fees apply if you withdraw 5,000 THB or more.
  • We only support transfers in local currency. If you withdraw money from a foreign currency balance, there will be a conversion fee.
  • Some banks may charge fees for electronic money transfers. Please contact your bank directly for more information.
  • If the bank is unable to process your request due to incomplete or incorrect information in your withdrawal request, the funds will be returned to your PayPal account (a return fee may apply in this case).
  • You can’t cancel a request to withdraw money.

All transfers are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if we identify an issue.
