Updates to the Payment Services Agreement for EEA

In addition to your existing agreement with AIB Merchant Services, for transactions we route to First Data, you are required by the Networks to agree to the First Data Commercial Entity Agreement.
  • We are clarifying that chargeback pre-arbitration events fall within the definition of “invalidated payments” under the Payment Services Agreement.
