To sweeten the pot even more, you will now have the ability to use Membership Rewards® Pay with Points at thousands of AU merchants that accept PayPal.
Use Pay with Points at checkout
When you shop online, choose Checkout with PayPal. Select your eligible American Express Card when checking out through PayPal. See your available points balance and associated dollar value for use. Check Use Membership Rewards® Points for a statement credit and finalise order.

Let's get started
1. Login to your PayPal account and go to your Wallet
2. Click Link a Card and enter the details of your American Express Card that you want to enrol for rewards.
3. Click Link Card
Once done, you'll see your available points balance and an option to use points for eligible purchases when you check out with PayPal.1
If your eligible American Express Card is already linked, then you are all set to start enjoying using Membership Rewards!
View Wallet
If you change your mind, click Details on your Card page, then Stop Using Membership Rewards with PayPal.
You can use Membership Rewards® Pay with Points to donate to a good cause
It’s easy to use Membership Rewards® Pay with Points to donate to a cause at an eligible charity. Just select the number of points you want to redeem and a donation will be made in the amount of the redemption.

1 You may not see Pay with Rewards every time you check out online with a merchant. Pay with Rewards will be available for eligible credit cards on eligible purchases or can be donated to support an eligible charitable cause with PayPal Giving Fund. Not currently available for sending money, recurring payments, and in-store transactions. All reward redemptions are subject to your issuer’s reward program terms.
